About South Cotswold Big Sing Group

The South Cotswold Choral Group was set up in 2008 for the exchange of information between local choral societies and for mutual support. The following choral societies belong to the Group: Cirencester Choral Society, Fairford and District Choral Society, Stroud Choral Society, Thornbury Choral Society, Tyndale Choral Society, Wycliffe Choral Society and Yate Choral Society. All these societies have registered charity status and are non-audition choirs.

The South Cotswold Big Sing Group was set up by the South Cotswold Choral Group in order to explore possibilities for co-operation on events which would otherwise be beyond individual societies.

The following choral societies currently support this initiative, and there are many other local choirs whose members join individual events:
